Welcome to Smart Repair India. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services
We provide repair and maintenance services for electronics, appliances, and devices. Service includes diagnosis, repair, parts replacement, and testing.

2. Booking & Payment
- Booking: Via call, WhatsApp 9272588256, or website
- Payment: Cash, UPI, Card. 50% advance may be required for parts
- Quotation: Final price given after diagnosis. Customer approval needed before repair

3. Warranty
- Service Warranty: 30-90 days on labor, as mentioned in bill
- Parts Warranty: As per manufacturer/brand policy
- Warranty void if device is tampered by others or damaged due to misuse

4. Customer Responsibilities
- Backup all data before giving device for repair. We are not liable for data loss
- Collect device within 7 days of intimation. Storage charges may apply after 7 days

5. Liability
Smart Repair India is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or issues caused by third-party parts. Maximum liability is limited to the service amount paid.

6. Cancellation
You can cancel before repair starts. If repair has started, labor charges may apply.
